When Kiwi Magic is fully competitive she needs 11 to 14 well-trained crew members. The different jobs on board demand different skills, varying from the tactician, who can operate the highly sophisticated computer tactical system and guide the helmsman, to the grinders and sail handlers on the foredeck, where raw muscle power is needed.

This of course generates a need for a large gross number of crew members over a season. As a consequence, we are always on the lookout for experienced sailors who would like to become a member of our gross crew.
